Plain Foolish has an interesting post about a visit to the Solar Decathalon that is occurring at the National Mall. Just Plain Foolish: Solar homes tour I’m grateful that she chose to write about it because I knew nothing about the event and now thanks to her I do. I also did some googling and found the Solar Decathlon website. This is proof that we have some fabulous technology to share with the world.

Thank you for helping to spread the word. I wish the people who talk about the “lack of interest” in alternative energy could have been there to see the lines of people waiting on a warm DC day, only to tour these houses.
